Ripened by the Provence sun, the fruits used in the Joël Durand jams are always picked at maturity, when their sugar content and therefore their flavour are at their best.
Sometimes the fruit is matched to a spice, a flower or an aromatic plant. Joël’s jams are a delicious discovery, they always put the fruit in the forefront, even in the most daring duo.
Certain years are more favorable than others for the excellence of the fruit here we find for the pleasure of connaisseurs, the discovery of which year was exceptionnel ; scarce or abundant ; which year delicate because of drought or spring rain. Here we present to you the “vintage” jams.
